Sculptor, Douglas Madaras, designs and builds one-of-a-kind hand-shaped
interiors and architectural features. Public Interest Projects has worked
with Douglas Madaras on a number of projects including Zambra restaurant,
the Orange Peel, the PIP offices and most recently, three live-work condos
at the Old Penney's Building. A talented artist, Douglas wanted to make
his business, well, more businesslike. Public Interest provides accounting
services, interim financing and management assistance.
